What is your Return policy?

Due to COVID-19 and for the safety of our customer, ALL sales are FINAL and can not be returned until further notice.

Here at Becoming Her Boutique we issue store credits only, NO REFUNDS NO EXCEPTIONS! Refunds are not available.You will receive a store credits for the original amount paid. It will take approximately 5-10 business days to process your store credits once we receive items. If you would like to make a return, please ensure that your return meets the following criteria:

Returns are accepted on items received within 14 days of the original ship date. Returns are accepted on items that are in original condition with original tags still attached and have not been altered, worn, washed, or damaged. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be subject to refusal or a restocking fee.The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs incurred for items shipped to us worn, altered, stained, or damaged.

Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
